Many people question whether the bible is true.  I like to refer to 2Timothy 3:16-17.

All scripture is inspired by God (God breathed) and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness;  so that the man (or woman) of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work. – 2Timothy 3:16-17

      In studying God’s word, I can honestly say, the bible fits together from prophets to the coming of Christ.  God does not change or alter Who He is.  In fact, He establishes that He is the same, always and forever!  We can count on Him.  That is the same for the bible.  The bible is true.  We can learn from it and apply it to our own lives.  

     My prayer is that people hear the message of salvation and don’t stop there.  New believers need to drink in the inspired word, with the help of the Holy Spirit.  God breathed those truths to those He sent with His message, that He is the one true God, and that He sent His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ.  Now the old testament has prophesies of the coming of Jesus, beginning with Genesis.  The message of salvation is fully realized in the new testament.   We not only need God and His Son in our life, we need to know them and what salvation means for us.  Pick up the book and start with John!  Remember, through Jesus we are saved and we get to be back in a relationship with the One Who created us!  Peace.
